Key Responsibilities:

遵守并执行综合管理体系相关文件要求了解质量环境职业健康安全能源方针及本岗位应履行的质量环境职业健康安全能源义务学习并遵守与本岗位相关的质量环境职业健康安全能源法规和其他要求参加公司质量环境职业健康安全能源培训和教育具备本岗位相应的工作能力

参与环境因素危险源辨识和风险评价活动事故调查应急响应认真履行本岗位职责支持公司质量环境职业健康安全能源目标的实现

按材料耗用标准使用原材料工具和其它物料经常检查并及时了解其使用情况确保原材料和能源使用过程中的安全和成本杜绝浪费现象 区分生产过程中产生的可回用和不可回用的废旧物料负责废料的分类和规范放置对属于危险废物严格遵照相关环境保护政策不随意丢弃

严格遵守生产工艺规程和纪律确保产品质量做好生产过程中的标准工作随时关注产品质量状态及时发现和解决质量异常未得到允许不得擅自变更工艺标准

负责影响环境因素的排查和报告确保环保设施设备的可用性严格控制三废的产生参与环境改善项目

参与OBS活动发现和报告危险源观察同事的不安全行为并予指正正确使用和穿戴劳动保护用品工具和用具提醒同事正确使用安全防护设施和劳动保护用品

严格执行安全生产规章制度和岗位安全操作规程遵守劳动纪律和职业道德熟练掌握岗位安全操作技能做到不违章不冒险不蛮干对有可能造成伤害事故的工作指令有权拒绝

努力提高个人工作技能确保在规定作业时间内完成既定工作任务严格遵守公司行为规范和现场工作纪律

按经济运行要求操作设备每天对工装进行校验并对设备进行日常维护确保设备点检的准确及时点检表记录真实及时报修和跟进设备故障的排除协助维修人员关注维修过程中的安全问题做好设备运转及故障统计不断学习掌握设备工作原理和保养方法提高设备使用率和完好率

未经允许不擅动机器设备和厂内车辆

积极参与QVS培训及改善项目在工部的顺利实施负责协助其他团队的改善项目在本工部的进行并确保改进措施的长期贯彻执行

完成上级交办的其他工作

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Education

涂装专业中技或同等学历其它条件较优异者可适当放宽

Experience:

从事涂装工作1年以上

Certifications/Licenses:

了解基础焊接作业
