Supplier Development Engineer-2

Key Accountabilities 1. Evaluate and audit new supplier

2. Monitor/Manage supplier APQP process to ensure the successful launch of new project

3. Monitor supplier quality performance

4. Implement annual audit plan for suppliers

5. Develop and push suppliers for continuous improvement

6. Verify supplier corrective action effectiveness

7. Maintain supplier Quality Agreement signing & update in order to ensure suppliers quality control system meet companys quality requirement

8. Make the EPC (early production containment) plan to ensure safe launch when ramp-up

9. Review and approve PPAP

10. Submit monthly quality report for responsible materials & suppliers in order to reflect suppliers quality performance

11. Monitor /support the 4M change from supplier side .

12. Another job assigned by manager

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree Automation Mechanical is better.

2. 3 years of SDE experience at Auto industrial. Fully experience of supplier new project development at complex end components.

3. Trained VDA 6.3 auditor.

4. Familiar with machining cold forming forging casting assembly parts manufacturing process

5. Familiar with 5 core tools APQPPPAPFMEA MSASPC

6. Full experience of problem solving cooperate with global function team investigation in case need

7. Quality Management System tools and continuous improvement methodologies

8. Interpreting Engineering Drawings familiar of GD&T.

9. Highly developed relationship-building skills and strong presentation and communication skills

10. Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative

11. Experienced user in PowerPoint Excel and Word required

12. Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with global time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs

13. English can be a working language.

14. Six sigma green belt is a plus.
