The Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team in Cary NC. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills achieve milestones and reach their full potential through:

• Comprehensive Assessments: Identifying childrens needs developmental delays and functional limitations.
• Individualized Care: Developing treatment plans using play-based therapy sensory integration and other evidence-based approaches.
• Family Engagement: Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies and resources to support development at home.
• Collaborative Intervention: Working alongside early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• State Licensure: Valid and current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of child development milestones across diverse populations (infants through adolescents).
• Skills: Strong professional judgment excellent interpersonal communication and a talent for engaging children in the therapeutic process.
