ADerr is seeking an experienced HVAC Branch Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of HVAC and mechanical systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills extensive technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of residential install install plumbing and electrical operations. This role has full P&L responsibility partnering with Marketing Accounting and HR driving sales growth and leading the full team at the branch location.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations including scheduling inventory control and service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage branch budgets monitor expenses and achieve revenue and profit targets.

  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance.

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Drive sales initiatives to expand customer base and increase market share.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit train and develop branch staff including technicians and office resources.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Strategic Planning:

  • Identify growth opportunities and implement plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in HVAC industry preferred or a combination of 5 years of experience within the trades industry with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus services and industry regulations.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets drive sales and lead teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Financial acumen and analytical thinking.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HVAC management software.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional travel to job sites and regional meetings.

  • Ability to work in both office and field environments.
