As a Vitality LivingSales Counselor you will impact lives by:
- Assist the Sales Director in achieving and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets driving revenue not only
by increasing occupancy but also by maximizing market rates and collecting applicable fees. - Fully document customer data and sales activities in the CRM ensuring transparency and seamless handovers
when necessary. - Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all customer and referrer activities in the Welcome Home
CRM. - Participate in a weekend rotation with the Sales Director to ensure timely responses to new inquiries and
customer needs. - Serve as a backup for conducting tours when the Sales Director is unavailable ensuring that every prospect
receives a personalized and comprehensive tour of the community. - Assist with the coordination and execution of prospect and professional events in collaboration with the Sales
Director. - Participate actively in daily alignment meetings to ensure that occupancy data move-ins move-outs and
prospect information are updated accurately in both Welcome Home and Yardi systems

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
