Job Summary
Machinist CNC Programming & Operation
Location: Minden NV
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: Starting pay negotiable
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
New Logic Research in Minden is currently seeking a Machinist to join their growing team. This position is responsible for programming and operating CNC machining equipment used to support in-house manufacturing of industrial filtration equipment. All machining work is completed for internal production needs only.

Job Duties:
- Program set up and operate CNC machining tools
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
- Perform machining work to support production and manufacturing needs
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machining programming or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
