Sales Consultant & Client Advisor

This position is a sales and client facing role travel to Dallas TX for training is required.

What This Role Demands
This is a high-performance outside sales role that demands initiative polish and persistence. You will shadow the VP Matt Denton learning our process and products inside and out during your Dallas-based training. Afterward youll be on the front lineshandling inbound leads building new relationships and expanding CinemaTechs reach in your assigned territory. Were only looking for people who want to work with other A players and be the best at what they do.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Shadow and learn directly from the VP during initial training
  • Manage and convert inbound leads with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Prospect and build relationships with integrators architects designers and builders
  • Execute a consultative relationship-driven sales process
  • Expand CinemaTechs brand awareness and client base in assigned region
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Work with high-net-worth clients and design professionals with confidence
  • Guide decision-making by providing expertise and clarity
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-through
  • Represent CinemaTech with polish and professionalism in every interaction
Territory Ownership
  • Relocate to and develop your assigned region.
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities through events referrals and proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with local partners to grow market share and increase bookings
  • This is person will only be successful if they are driving sales instead of waiting for the phone to ring
Execution & Accountability
  • Stay highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Own your results and solve problems independently
  • Travel regularly to client meetings job sites and industry events
Who Were Looking For
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport with sophisticated clientele
  • High emotional intelligence and intuition in sales situations
  • Naturally self-motivated organized and proactive
  • Polished professional and confident in the spotlight
  • Prior experience in luxury sales or design-related industries preferred
  • Able to travel 12 times per month including short-notice trips
Specific Compensation for Candidate:
  • Compensation: Base annual salary
  • Monthly Commission based on closed sales
  • All legitimate business expenses that are incurred while working will be reimbursed. Any significant expenses (airfare hotels etc.) should be approved prior to being incurred.
