TheRole

AsanArchitecturalTechnologist you wont just be drawing you will be the technical backbone of our projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams to bring complex designs to life through precise construction packages and innovative detail solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• TechnicalDelivery:Prepareandcoordinatecomprehensivedesignproductionandconstructioninformation.
• Specification&Detail: Produce and advise on material selection specifications (NBS Chorus) and detailed design solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to current Building Regulations standards and health and safety
  requirements.
• Liaison:Actasakeypointofcontactforclientsandstatutoryauthoritiestosecureapprovals.
• ProjectManagement: Manage tasks independently while contributing to a high performing multidisciplinary team.
