Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
develop and maintain a calendar for meetings
communicate with the project team and other stakeholders regarding events and activities
take notes and prepare meeting minutes
prepare work schedules and travel plans for the project team
arrange resources (stationery) for meetings and other events
assist the Programme Coordinator in organising events including logistics and communication
assist the Project Coordinator Programme Lead and Team Leads in obtaining and preparing relevant documents for review
attend events (e.g. training events workshops) as and when required
undertake other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor Programme Lead Team Leads and team members.
