• Install and repair flooring (LVP laminate hardwood preferred)
• Perform finish carpentry (trim baseboards doors cabinetry adjustments)
• Handle general repair tasks in residential settings
• Maintain clean and organized job sites especially in occupied homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Experience in drywall texture and paint repair
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Flooring installation and repair experience
• General handyman or multi-trade background
• Experience working in occupied homes (highly preferred)
• Carpet repair or installation experience (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
