Youll step into a field-based role focused on building referral relationships managing existing accounts and driving hospice admissions across a defined territory. Youll work independently while partnering closely with clinical intake and marketing teams to support patient transitions and growth.

$500 kicker for 2 new accounts in a month (no admits in last 2 quarters)
15 points $3000 bonus $150 per point above
Existing book of business defined territory

What makes you a great fit
You have 2 years of hospice home health or healthcare sales experience
You have an existing book of business in the local market
You have no active non-compete (or ability to obtain release)
You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
You have strong relationship-building and territory management skills
You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
