We are now expanding our services and have a need for experienced epoxy flooring installers. Epoxy flooring is a growing part of our business and our installers are the front line of Floor Coverings Internationalexecuting high-quality surface preparation and seamless epoxy installations that define our craftsmanship and reputation.
Our install teams leave the lasting impression that determines our success. We respect the customer and their home we deliver what we promise and we clean up every job site to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep and install epoxy flooring systems according to company procedures with high attention to detail and craftsmanship
Perform concrete surface preparation including grinding patching cleaning and profiling
Mix and apply epoxy polyaspartic and related coating systems properly and consistently
Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe clean work environment
Understand the full scope of work before arriving on-site and review project details in advance
Knowledge of units of measurement and ability to complete simple math calculations
Interact with customers in a friendly polite and professional manner; must be trustworthy in a customers home
Ensure high-quality company standards are met on every installation
Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job
Qualifications:
1-3 years in flooring installation (epoxy or concrete coatings necessary)
Valid drivers license and functioning vehicle
Ability to lift 5075 lbs repeatedly
Position requires repetitive crouching squatting standing walking and lifting
Ability to work in multiple job locations throughout the week
Strong work ethic attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
