Epoxy Floor Installer

• Prep and install epoxy flooring systems according to company procedures with high attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Perform concrete surface preparation including grinding patching cleaning and profiling
• Mix and apply epoxy polyaspartic and related coating systems properly and consistently
• Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe clean work environment
• Understand the full scope of work before arriving on-site and review project details in advance
• Knowledge of units of measurement and ability to complete simple math calculations
• Interact with customers in a friendly polite and professional manner; must be trustworthy in a customers home
• Ensure high-quality company standards are met on every installation
• Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job

• 1-3 years in flooring installation (epoxy or concrete coatings necessary)
• Valid drivers license and functioning vehicle
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs repeatedly
• Position requires repetitive crouching squatting standing walking and lifting
• Ability to work in multiple job locations throughout the week
• Strong work ethic attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
