Job Description:

Home Health CNA

Part-time hours

What You Will Do

Provide hands-on personal care in the home
Assist with bathing dressing grooming and mobility
Support daily routines and independence
Observe and report changes to the nurse
Build strong relationships with patients and families

What You Need

Active CNA license
At least 6 months caregiving or CNA experience preferred
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to frequently lift push pull and support up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
