About the Role

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager In-Home Care to lead service delivery across a designated region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving high-quality person-centred care while delivering strong operational and financial performance.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams optimise service delivery and identify growth opportunities to ensure sustainable and innovative in-home care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality person-centred care aligned to Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Manage regional operations to achieve service growth and financial targets
  • Drive a strong client experience culture focused on empathy respect and inclusion
  • Oversee workforce planning recruitment capability and performance
  • Monitor client outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and deliver revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory quality and safety standards
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement strategic and operational initiatives

About You

You are a confident and values-driven leader with a strong background in aged care. You bring both strategic insight and operational expertise along with the ability to lead through change and complexity.

  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in aged care or in-home aged care management
  • Proven ability to lead large geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage influence and drive performance
  • Demonstrated experience delivering operational and financial outcomes
  • Solid understanding of aged care regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial analysis and reporting capability
  • Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Commitment to person-centred care and positive client outcomes
