Operations Manager
Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Health & Education team based in Adelaide and play a key role in delivering safe compliant and highperforming facilities across a complex social infrastructure portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services and the communities that rely on them.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Leading the delivery of reactive corrective and planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio ensuring safety quality and service excellence.
Providing technical leadership and daytoday support to operational teams and subcontractors fostering collaboration and strong performance.
Ensuring statutory legal and contractual compliance with a strong focus on Zero Harm and continuous improvement.
Analysing asset condition lifecycle and backlog data to produce clear evidencebased recommendations that improve building performance and resilience.
Working closely with the Contract Manager and Finance Manager to support accurate reporting cost control and positive client outcomes
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in operations or facilities management within complex or social infrastructure environments with PPP experience desirable.
Strong knowledge of building services maintenance delivery and compliance obligations paired with sound commercial and financial acumen.
A collaborative leadership style that supports coaches and develops others while building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Confidence working with asset and work management systems data analysis and reporting to inform decisionmaking.
A proactive solutionsfocused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
