Operations Manager

Netwave Systems B.V. has an open position for an Operations Manager Electronics Manufacturing. Working location is in Zoetermeeer.

All our maritime products are sold by our own sales team through our global distribution network to shipping companies shipowners and leisure markets all over the world.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Managerto lead daily production and ensure smooth operations in our small electronics manufacturing environment. You will oversee production quality procurement inventory and a small assembly/testing team while driving efficiency and reliability across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daytoday electronics assembly testing and production workflows
• Plan and schedule production based on demand inventory and lead times
• Oversee purchasing and inventory of electronic components and materials
• Maintain product quality through testing inspection and process control
• Improve manufacturing processes documentation and efficiency
• Supervise and develop production staff
• Ensure equipment maintenance ESD safety and compliance with CE/FCC/RoHS
• Collaborate with Engineering Sales and Finance on priorities and planning

Requirements

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or related production environment
• Knowledge of PCB assembly electronics testing and component sourcing
• Strong organization problemsolving and teamleadership skills
• Familiarity with quality standards (IPCA610 ISO 9001 preferred)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
