Compensation: $34.00/hr. Shift Differential: $2.00/hr. Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr.

Position Overview
The PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Metro Reentry provides flexible as-needed clinical support to ensure continuity of care and coverage across shifts. This role requires adaptability strong clinical skills and the ability to step in and perform efficiently within an established care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Follow all clinical protocols safety procedures and facility policies

Qualifications
Qualifications (Required)
- Active LPN license in Georgia or compact license (must be in good standing)
- Current CPR certification (must be active)
- Required experience in one or more of the following: Behavioral Health ER Med-Surg or Correctional Healthcare
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a structured team-oriented environment
PRN Requirements
- Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per month
- Must be available for at least 2 weekends per month
- Must be able to provide some holiday coverage as needed
