• Provide Personalized Daily Support: Assist residents with personal hygiene dressing and grooming ensuring their comfort and dignity are always a priority.
  
  
• Create Sensory-Friendly Environments: Implement routines that support individuals with unique sensory processing needs ensuring a calm and structured living space.
  
  
• Behavioral & Emotional Support: Use patient positive redirection and communication techniques to support residents through various behavioral challenges and emotional regulation.
  
  
• Meal Preparation & Nutrition: Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to specific dietary requirements or textures assisting with feeding as needed.
  
  
• Light Housekeeping & Organization: Maintain a clean safe and organized home environment to reduce overstimulation and ensure safety.
  
  
• Community & Companionship: Foster a supportive atmosphere through engaging activities errands and social interaction that honors each residents unique personality. Driving the residents in a company-provided vehicle to community events and doctors appointments
  
  
• Health Advocacy: Provide vital medication reminders and closely monitor health or behavioral changes to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Heart for Service: Compassionate respectful and ethical.
  
  
• Experience: Previous caregiving CNA or HHA residential experience is a plus.
  
  
• Skills: Basic cooking and housekeeping knowledge.
  
  
• Essentials: Must be 18 and eligible to work in the US. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred (but we can help you get it!).
