Salary: $75000 $85000/year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts ensuring safety quality and output targets are met
• Supervise and develop production supervisors and frontline teams driving accountability and performance
• Enforce GMP food safety and quality standards (AIB internal audits etc.)
• Drive labor efficiency scheduling and workforce planning including coordination with staffing agencies
• Monitor and improve production rates downtime and overall line performance
• Partner with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure material flow and production alignment
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality safety and operational issues
• Maintain accurate reporting across production metrics labor and WMS systems
• Foster a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership (food packaging or CPG preferred)
• Experience managing multi-shift operations and frontline teams
• Strong knowledge of GMP food safety and quality systems
• Proven ability to drive production performance and labor efficiency
• Experience with WMS and production systems
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
