• Able to access and load specific CNC programs to produce machined parts to specs and within tolerances.
• Able to set up tool carriages/carriers with proper machine tools ensuring tool life is observed.
• Able to read and follow specific and detailed work instructions drawings or samples.
• Perform light maintenance on the machines ensuring coolant and other systems are maintained and working.
• Perform any required deburring part clean up and inspection as required.
• Must be able to follow the production schedule read detailed work orders and report production and scrap.
• Perform any other related work duties as required.

• Must work safely observing all rules/procedures and ensure all safety systems are functioning at all times.
• Must be able to read detailed prints and detailed work instructions and utilize measuring equipment such as calipers micrometers dial indicators gauges tape measures scales etc.
• Must be able to understand create and enter tool paths per prints.
• Must be capable of reading and understanding machining instructions and maintaining tolerances.
• Must be capable of maintaining operator-controlled machine adjustments and P.M.
• Must be dependable responsible and have a can-do attitude

• High school diploma or GED is required
• CNC certification/training/experience is desired.
