Details:
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented professional who can anticipate project challenges take initiative and resolve issues creatively to ensure successful project delivery. This position is based in Minneapolis MN and follows a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and effectively communicate expectations risks and priorities to internal teams.
- Manage all project requirements to ensure alignment with client objectives and successful outcomes.
- Plan coordinate and oversee project deliverables by analyzing project plans and specifications estimating time and resource needs and sequencing tasks appropriately.
- Monitor project progress and regularly review tasks and deliverables to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Identify project risks and issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively manage project scope preventing scope creep and ensuring all changes are properly documented and approved.
- Oversee invoicing and billing processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and proper documentation from clients and vendors.
- Lead regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and client representatives to provide updates and maintain alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in facilities oil & gas or utilities industries is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience including at least 4 years in project management.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
