Job Summary
Position Summary: To oversee Lounge operations which include all beverage service for both bar and restaurant areas. Additionally to maximize profitability control costs and ensure Ethan Allen Hotel quality standards are met while providing 100% guest Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day beverage and food service activities of bar/lounge and restaurant prepare all drinks and spirits ordered by the bar for stocking all items needed for pre-meal with attending kitchen staff for specials and menu guests at bar and tables and take all food and drink in preparing Seasonal/Daily Cocktail list conforming to the proper sanitation of Bar and enforcing TIPS by all Rules and Regulations set forth by the State of Connecticut and Liquor orders into Micros Specific Essential Functions:Ability to stand for 8 to 10hrs length of to lift 50 lbs. with assistance as to bend frequently during a to hear and verbally communicate to all customer to perform job responsibilities outside of this job description that may require assisting other departments in their regular to comply with all hotels policy and to work weekends holidays and/or flexible with hotel policy regarding attendance and and Equipment:POS System/Micros System
