Responsibilities
Qualifications
The Personal Assistant provides administrative organizational and office management support to managers or teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage calendars meetings and appointments
- Handle emails calls and basic correspondence
- Prepare documents reports and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Support office management activities (suppliers facilities office coordination)
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Language requirement:
- Spanish and a good level of English & French is required to interact with international stakeholders and manage written and verbal communications.
