Job Summary
Description
Qualifications
- Issue demand letters to the third party
- Check and correct information in the system (IIA)
- Prepare documents to be sent to outsource providers
- Enter data and send requests for vehicle registration and civil registration information of the third party
- Record receipt of payments in the system (IIA)
- Close claim cases when the third party cannot be contacted
- Prepare information for payment processing (in cases where the outsource provider can claim and/or for expenses related to obtaining vehicle and civil registration information)
- Attach documents obtained from vehicle and civil registration searches to the claim file
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Honesty perseverance and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Commitment and integrity in work
