Job Summary

GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a private equity-backed heavy equipment dealership in the Baltimore area ($125M revenue) that is scaling aggressively toward $200M$250M through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Theyre building out their executive team and are looking for a hands-on strategic CFO to help lead the next phase of growth.

What youll own:

Finance HR and IT leadership
Strategic planning and decision support for ownership
Banking relationships credit facilities and capital structure
M&A execution and integration
Building scalable processes and infrastructure

What theyre looking for:

Experience in floor plan lending / asset-based financing
Strong relationships with lenders and capital providers
M&A experience within a PE-backed environment
A leader who can operate both strategically and in the weeds
