Floating Requirements/Ratios: Candidates are required to float within their skillset no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission. Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit. Certifications are required at time of submission unless otherwise specified and can be obtained prior to start.
