What Youll Do

• Own the maintenance repair and performance of our equipment and fleet
• Diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right waynot the easy way
• Keep equipment organized maintained and ready for the field
• Help guide and support team members when it comes to equipment use and care
• Build systems and processes that improve efficiency as we grow
