About the Role

Ready to take the reins as the sole TV Producer for a popular shopping rewards platform This is your chance to own the production process and make a significant impact.

Were looking for a mid-level producer with at least 5 years of experience who can hit the ground running.

Can you independently lead TV shoots manage all production contracts and expertly navigate director searches and agency collaborations

Compensation & Key Role Information:

• Hourly Rate: $75/hour
• Contract Duration: June through December 2026
• Location: Hybrid (On-site presence required for shoots in the Bay Area/SF)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

As our TV Producer you will be instrumental in:

• Independently leading and managing all aspects of TV production shoots (the team has one Producer)
• Overseeing and managing all production contracts.
• Conducting director searches and collaborating with hiring agencies.
• Ensuring all shoots are executed efficiently and effectively adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Traveling to on-location shoots within the Bay Area and San Francisco.

Additional Information

• This is a W2 contract position.
• Interviews are being conducted immediately with an ideal start date 3-4 weeks after candidate selection.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a TV Producer.
• Proven experience in leading TV shoots from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in searching for and hiring directors and production agencies.
• The ability to work on location for shoots in the Bay Area/SF and go into the SF office in a hybrid structure.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work including reels (please include a link to your work when you apply!)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
