We are looking for a positive solution driven practical commercial property solicitor orCILEXLawyerto join usin advisingonthe acquisitionmanagement anddisposal of itscommercialpropertyinterestsand planning matters.

This will include negotiating and drafting transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold propertyeasementsandlicencesplaying a pivotal role in enabling one of our largest capital deliveryprogrammes together will advising onprotective provisionspipelaying powers powers of entry compensation andotherassociated property related matters.

What does it take to be successful

• We are looking for a qualified(England and Wales)legalexecutiveor solicitor with relevant commercial property experience within private practice or industry including someplanningexpertise.

• Ideally you will have circa 5years relevant experience but if you have less PQE wewouldstill welcome your application where the correct skillsbehavioursand potential are shown

• You will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation and prioritisationskills.

• You will be confident in your communication skills and have the ability to advise on complex issueswith a hunger to learn and develop and broaden your knowledge and experience.

• You should have strong commercial acumen and sound drafting and IT skills combined witha track recordof providing excellent customer service and where you want to make every daya great dayfor you yourteamand our customers.
