The Manager Design and Production Shows and Events is a strong strategic thought-leader and valued communicator eager for the challenge of producing live and virtual meetings and events. Join the Campus Event Support team at Walmart that helps facilitate the companys direction through meetings and events. The role supports all areas of the business within Walmart Inc. including Walmart U.S. Sams Club International Corporate Affairs and more. No two days are alike in this fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Youll be leading teams of internal and external event professionals to produce and execute meetings and events reaching diverse audiences both internally and externally. The ability to think on your feet pivot and problem-solve quickly while remaining calm under pressure are keys to success.

About the Campus Event Solutions Team
The Campus Event Support team is comprised of a broad group of meeting and event experts. The Campus Event Solutions team members are movers and shakers. What youll do...

• Produce and coordinate daily meetings and events in a fastpaced everchanging environment
• Partner with clients to understand their goals preferences and requirements throughout the planning and execution of meetings and events
• Provide technical support for live meetings and events in auditoriums including directing technical directing audio graphics and camera operations
• Collaborate with and oversee thirdparty production partners ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment of all audio/visual components
• Communicate timelines status updates changes and key details to crossfunctional partners
• Develop and deliver creative and technical solutions that enable engaging highquality onstage and onscreen presentations
• Manage all event and meeting assets and content including video editing PowerPoint updates and Zoom support
• Support and execute onsite rehearsals offering content recommendations speaker presentation feedback and realtime ideation
• Deliver postmeeting assets such as edited recordings video files and access links

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00 - $155000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
