What You Will Do:

• Fix Technology with Confidence: Diagnose and repair GPS machine control survey and laser equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customers site.
• Use Your Troubleshooting Skills: Identifyissuesdetermineroot causes and implement effective solutions to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Deliver Great Customer Experiences: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
• Prioritize Safety Every Day: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect yourself your teammates and customers.
• Keep Learning as Technology Evolves: Participatein company- and manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current on emerging technology and build new skills.

What You Will Need:

• Technical&Mechanical Aptitude:Strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of electronics; experience with GPS or machine control technology is a plus.
• Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise written or verbal whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
