Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director on behalf of a growing provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a mid-sized Assisted Living community. The role is responsible for leading the team supporting community relations and being a champion of resident satisfaction.
What is needed for the position:
- Active CA RCFE certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Director
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets
- Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents families staff and the surrounding community
