Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Assist with intake sick call and chronic care clinics
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
Follow all clinical protocols safety procedures and facility policies
Qualifications (Required)
Active LPN license in Georgia or compact license (must be in good standing)
Current CPR certification (must be active)
Experience in one or more of the following preferred: Behavioral Health ER Med-Surg or Correctional Healthcare
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
