Whatyou will be doing: Reports to the supervisor food services or designee. Assists with cleaning and sanitizing the facility in
compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

• Wash dishes and stock supplies to the services line
• Clean and sanitize food preparation area dining area serving lines and dish room; comply with health
  standards
• Provide positive quality customer service to students staff and other center customers
• Support promote and enforce the Job Corps Zero Tolerance Policy
• Participate in student employability programs and activities
• Promote the development of career success standards by modeling appropriate behaviors mentoring students where necessary and monitoring both positive and negative behaviors through interventions
• Maintain accountability of property; adhere to safety practices; attend all required staff training.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Some school/training in food preparation and 90 days on center
• Aptitude for cafeteria-type duties and dress to comply with sanitation regulations
• Valid food handlers permit if required by the state of employment.
