Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees drivers visitors and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures badge verification practices and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points for a busy logistics and distribution location checking credentials logging arrivals and communicating access-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents delivery disputes and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business gate areas trailer yards parking areas and perimeter as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic verifying approved entry and reporting policy violations suspicious behavior and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
