We are looking for an Account Executive Growth to own Figma Weaves most important creative accounts globally- the film tech agencies and consumer brands with the largest and most sophisticated creative organizations in the world. This is not a customer acquisition role. You will own a named book of large accounts build deep executive relationships drive organizational change and be measured on your ability to expand Weaves footprint across these accounts over time. You will be a trusted partner to the creative leaders shaping culture at the most influential companies in the world and a critical voice back into Figma on what it takes to win at the highest level.

This is a full time role based from Figmas London hub.

What youll do at Figma Weave:

  • Own a named book of the worlds most creatively-intensive large accounts - spanning entertainment gaming technology consumer brands and global creative networksand be accountable for net revenue retention and expansion targets within that portfolio
  • Build and advance executive-level relationships across each account - from Chief Creative Officers and VPs of Design to CTOs and CMOs - becoming a trusted advisor on how Figma Weave can transform how their organizations create
  • Drive organizational change within accounts by identifying and developing internal champions mapping power structures and gaining executive sponsorship for Weave deployments at scale
  • Develop deep multi-year account plans that map each organizations creative priorities to Figma Weaves capabilities - identifying expansion opportunities across teams geographies and use cases and multi-threading at an executive level to accelerate them
  • Partner closely with Customer Enablement Advocates and Product Marketing to ensure customers realize measurable value from Weave prevent contraction and unlock new expansion opportunities within the account
  • Represent the voice of your strategic accounts back into Figma - influencing Weaves product roadmap and go-to-market strategy with first-hand insight from the most demanding creative organizations in the world

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8 years of with a proven track record managing and growing strategic or named enterprise accounts at a global level with consistent performance exceeding net revenue retention and expansion targets
  • Demonstrated experience building C-suite and VP-level relationships and navigating complex organizational structures to gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
  • Experience successfully managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6 months) 6/7 figure deals with large global organizations
  • Strong business acumen - able to connect creative and operational workflow challenges to measurable business outcomes at the board and executive level
  • A consultative value-based selling approach with a structured methodology (e.g. MEDDIC Command of the Message) and a clear process for creating and quantifying customer value

While its not required its an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience selling into creatively-intensive industries such as entertainment gaming advertising or consumer brands with a deep understanding of how large creative teams operate
  • Familiarity with AI-native workflows creative tooling or content production at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a changing environment and sell a new emerging product category to sophisticated buyers
  • Certified in deal qualification strategic account management or prospect discovery frameworks
