The role offers exposure to a diverse orthopedic caseload and a collaborative clinical setting that supports both experienced therapists and new graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility function and overall quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with physicians clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent)
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced patient-focused environment
