The Role We are seeking a passionate Home Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional needs.
Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration.
Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies for the home environment.
Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones (infants through adolescents); Home Health experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong professional judgment child engagement skills and the ability to work independently.
