Job Summary: Newport Beach Automotive Group is looking for an experienced part-time parts delivery driver for our High Line European Auto Group that will work within the parts department.

R&R and Parts Scanning experience preferred

Duties included

Receiving Inspecting and receipting all parts orders

Packaging and Processing Shipments thru DHL FED-EX and UPS World Ship

Performing Cycle Counts

Shipping and Receiving Detailed Task instructions

Inspect all packages as they arrive and immediately note any damage to delivery driver do not sign for any package prior to inspection or allow driver to leave prior to inspection

Open a shipment received and inspect contents for hidden damage and notify Parts Manager A.S.A.P.

Check parts received vs. invoice/packing list and notify Parts Managers of any discrepancies

Notify Parts counter personnel of all V.O.R. shipments and deliver to shop or SOP rack as instructed

Open all manufacturer shipments first notify restoration of their shipments received

Shipping

Verify if shipment is C.O.D. or Charge no C.O.D. company check O.K. unless noted by Parts Personnel

Pick parts as per invoice and ship method noted on Invoice (ground overnight etc.)

Pack shipment to prevent damage and consult with parts personnel with and concerns

Warranty parts management

Receive and sort Warranty parts on shelf by month or Car line

Verify tag has V.I.N. Part-no. and R.O. number and repair order line for part prior to shelving part

Cycle counts

• Perform Cycle Counts as per Parts Managers instructions

Parts Driver Requirements:

• Prior parts delivering experience
• Valid drivers license
