Position ResponsibilitiesInclude
- Maintainan accuratesystem of accounting record keeping in QuickBooks forSanteiuVaults and related entities
- Establish comprehensive controls and documenting processes for accounting and credit cards
- Manage cash flow through daily deposits and ACH payments and reconciliation of the companys bank and credit card accounts
- Responsible for collecting reviewing and interpreting financial data to produceaccurateandtimelyfinancial reports
- Process payroll including tax and liability payments and prepare monthly quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and employment verifications
- Maintain positive working relationships with all outside professional services including vendors CPAfirm financial institutions etc.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Responsible for effectively handling all insurance-related audits
- HR administration for all new and current employees
- Responsible for the reconciliation of the companys cash and deposit accounts
