Sunset Dr. Team and help lead the customer this dynamic full-time role youll serve as a trusted advisor to customers-opening new accounts managing consumer loans and uncovering opportunities to recommend tailored banking solutions. Youll play a key role in driving sales performance supporting operational excellence and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and personal touch our community bank is known for.

As a mentor to the New Account Team youll model accuracy organization and customer-first service while providing coaching and guidance to help others grow. Youll also manage monthly sales reporting lead team sales meetings and ensure adherence to bank policies and audit controls.
