Job Summary
Location: Phoenix AZ
We have an exceptional opportunity for an Order Processor to join our team in Phoenix AZ. Order Processors perform routine and sophisticated work related to the in and out processing of test measurement and diagnostic equipment as well as communicating with customers and performing data entry. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of receiving service items and shipping product out in the timely manner. The work environment is fast-paced high-energy and professionally rewarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Pack and unpack customer equipment
- Process incoming/outgoing service units
- Cross-check the packing slip vs what is delivered for accuracy and processing the shipment using Oracle and or other software.
- Validate the work order before out-processing the shipment
- Updating customers on delivery dates
- Answer customer questions and requests through CRM
- Completes tasks diligently and with minimal direction
- Proficient in digital literacy such as Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required
- 1 years of Shipping/Receiving experience in a manufacturing company
Prior experience with Oracle software preferred
- Completes tasks diligently and with minimal direction
- Proficient in digital literacy such as Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- All around team-player
- Superior organization skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Shipping/Receiving experience preferred
Able to lift up to 35 pounds
