Contract Manager

In the role of Contract Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of turf and garden management quality control staff development and compliance throughout our client sites and facilities.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager with a strong link with our NSW State Manager you will work closely with clients and internal staff to ensure that all contracts are executed efficiently and effectively. Your extensive knowledge of maintenance practices as well as your strong organisational and leadership abilities will be key to your success.

About You

Youre someone who takes real pride in your work. With a solid background in sports turf management youve built a reputation for getting the job done rightand bringing your team along with you. Whether its keeping grounds looking sharp or building great client relationships you know how to lead from the front.

• Youve got a Cert III in Sports Turf Management and at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Youre a strong team leader who knows how to bring out the best in people.
• You can manage jobs staff timelines and budgets without breaking a sweat.
• Youre confident dealing with clients crews and other stakeholders.
• Youve got a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Youre safety-conscious and committed to keeping your team safe on the job.
• A full drivers licence is a must.

What Youll Be Doing

• Overseeing sports turf and garden maintenance across multiple sites
• Leading training and supporting your on-the-ground teams
• Making sure jobs are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
• Identifying areas for improvement and helping clients get the best results
• Quoting work and managing client expectations
• Keeping accurate records and reports
• Building strong relationships with clients councils and stakeholders
