Your team
The Agentic AI & Automation Team is part of Handelsbankens AI & Automation department which leads the banks AI transformation. Our team is focused on developing next-generation solutions that combine AI agents automation and advanced analytics to transform how the bank operates and serves customers.

We work across the organization to develop high-impact solutions in areas such as customer experience operations and decision-making. You will be joining a team with strong momentum high ambitions and the opportunity to shape a new capability area from the ground up.

Your role
As an Agentic AI & Automation Engineer you will be at the forefront of combining automation and AI to build intelligent autonomous solutions that solve real business problems. You will work end-to-end from understanding business needs to designing building deploying and improving solutions in production.

Your work will include:

• BuildingAI and automation solutions with focus onAgentic AI and Generative AI
• Leveraging bothUiPath capabilities and the banksAI platform
• Drivingend-to-end solution development together with a Product Manager:
  • Understanding business problems and requirements
  • Designing and developing solutions
  • Testing and validating outcomes
  • Deploying and productionizing solutions
  • Monitoring maintaining and continuously improving solutions
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders engineers and other AI specialists
• Mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives

This is a highly hands-on impact-driven role where you will take ownership and help define how Agentic AI and automation are applied across the bank.
