Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Campaigns Intern to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Pandamart & Shops (Quick Commerce). This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution content development and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of campaigns aligned with brand and commercial calendars

Assist in executing seasonal festive and promotional campaigns

Help prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams

Support in managing campaign timelines trackers and deliverables

Assist in deploying and updating campaign assets across platforms

Monitor ongoing campaigns and support basic performance tracking

Assist in preparing campaign reports insights and learning documents

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including commercial category and design teams for smooth execution

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva Adobe Photoshop or similar)

Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and Microsoft Excel
 

Preferred Background

Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field

Strong interest in digital marketing eCommerce and Quick Commerce

Understanding of Bangladeshs retail landscape Quick Commerce ecosystem digital platforms and digital marketing metrics & KPIs will be considered an added advantage

Prior academic or internship experience in marketing or campaigns is a plus

This is a 6-month contractual internship; extension may be considered based on performance and business needs.
