The Role

Overjet is hiring a talented and motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Credentialing product: Provider Network Management (PNM). This product is the strategic engine of healthcare organizations and is transforming a critical healthcare workflow with AI. Were leveraging ML to handle credentialing for healthcare organizations turning a manual multi-month process into a streamlined automated workflow. Were looking for someone with strong expertise in React and Node who can bring technical excellence and help uplevel the team.

This job is paid in USD.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain impactful software solutions that transform our customers ability to deliver the best outcomes for patients

• Write efficient and scalable code ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices

• Act as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams including Product and Design

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

• Regularly scheduled and sometimes ad-hoc on-call rotations are part of the core job for every engineer on our team

• Engage with clients to provide guidance on integration and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background in Computer Science or other related field

• Experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with ownership of end-to-end feature delivery

• Experience building back-end services using (e.g. or similar)

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript including modern language features and best practices

• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React Angular or )

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns

• Focus on writing clean maintainable code with attention to testing and quality

• Experience in cultivating a strong engineering culture in an iterative agile environment

• Experience working directly with customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven track record of leveraging AI in your engineering workflows

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical and mission-focused environment

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet which combines the teamwork of meeting in person with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo New York City Boston Salt Lake City and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these geo-hubs come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
