Head Butler
Job Summary
- Lead manage and develop the Butler team to deliver exceptional service standards in line with MGallery brand expectations.
- Oversee daily Butler operations to ensure seamless efficient and personalized guest experiences at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with professionalism discretion and attention to detail.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor service quality guest feedback and team performance implementing continuous improvements to enhance luxury guest experiences.
- Train coach and motivate team members while fostering a culture of excellence professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Thai or additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal teamwork and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous Butler experience or formal Butler training in luxury hotels private residences or high-end service environments preferred.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.
