Internship details:

• Duration:1 June - 1 December 2026

• Work Model:Hybrid

• Flexible work schedule:20 hrs per week

• Mentorship: A dedicated mentor to guide your journey

• Career Opportunity:Successful interns may receive a permanent job offer

By joining us as a Legal & Compliance intern youll have the opportunity to:

• Shadow legal counsels in meetings to gain insight into the role of in-house legal professionals

• Conduct regulatory legal research and case law research

• Conduct due diligence on transactions

• Assist with contract negotiation drafting agreements and drafting contract summaries

• Provide administrative support upload agreements to the company designated repository

Who are we looking for

• Law student (3rd or 4th year masters degree or in graduation process)

• Friendly team players with great communication skills

• Proficiency in English

• Eager learners ready to make an impact!
