What you will be doing:

• Greet guests with warmth professionalism and a genuine sense of hospitality
• Manage reservations seating plans and guest flow to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintain strong communication with the service team to support smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to create memorable experiences
• Handle guest inquiries special requests and feedback with care and professionalism
• Maintain an organized and polished host stand and reception area
• Support the team during peak service times and special events
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a host or guest-facing role preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm professional and solution-oriented under pressure
• High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g. OpenTable) is an asset
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Serving It Right certification
