What you will be doing:
- Support Servers in delivering a seamless professional and engaging dining experience
- Assist with food and beverage service ensuring accuracy presentation and timing meet Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star standards
- Maintain a strong understanding of menus ingredients and preparation methods to confidently support guest interactions
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Assist in setting clearing and resetting tables with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all service areas are clean organized and fully stocked at all times
- Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Culinary teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Support large parties special events and unique dining experiences with professionalism
- Follow all health safety and sanitation standards
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Passion for food beverage and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Serving It Right certification
