What you will be doing:

• Support Servers in delivering a seamless professional and engaging dining experience
• Assist with food and beverage service ensuring accuracy presentation and timing meet Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star standards
• Maintain a strong understanding of menus ingredients and preparation methods to confidently support guest interactions
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Assist in setting clearing and resetting tables with precision and attention to detail
• Ensure all service areas are clean organized and fully stocked at all times
• Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Culinary teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Support large parties special events and unique dining experiences with professionalism

• Follow all health safety and sanitation standards
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
• Passion for food beverage and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of attention to detail and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Serving It Right certification
